How do I place an order?
Online: CEI offers some products in our online shopping cart, due to the nature of the products and services that we offer, the products available for purchasing online are limited.
By phone: orders can be placed by phone: 1-630-257-0605 Mon.-Fri. from 8AM-5PM CST.
By fax: If an order is placed via fax, one of CEI's agents will contact you to complete the payment portion of the transaction
By e-mail: If an order is e-mailed, one of CEI's agents will contact you to complete the payment portion of the transaction
Can I buy one item?
International items: items sourced from overseas, offered through our Asian Imports Division, have minimum purchase requirements. This is due in part to our own minimum purchasing requirements as products are procured. Domestic products/manufacturing: items manufactured domestically generally have lower, if not single quantity availability.
Does CEI offer bulk quantity pricing?
Yes. Contact us for bulk quantity pricing for any of our products.
Why can I only buy certain products online?
Due to the nature of products and services we offer, which is typically customized to our customers' needs, we are only able to offer certain products online.
