The A3 is responsible for the administration of standards development for the industry (including: GigE Vision^®, Camera Link^®, Camera Link HS^® and USB Vision^®)
Camera Link^® is a communication interface for vision applications that employs a robust communications link using a dedicated cable connection and a standardized communications protocol.
This standard connection allows like configured components to freely exchange data.
