Components Express, Inc. gathers the email addresses of users who either voluntarily subscribe and or have shown interest in our products and services. Users may remove themselves from this mailing list by selecting the link provided in every newsletter that points users to opt out. Users can also subscribe to the newsletters at the time of registration. We offer a on line registration to our customers for the purpose of assisting our customers the ability to avoid entering contact information each time a request for quotation (RFQ) is submitted. Upon registering onto our site the viewer may log in and select items for RFQ and submit their request without the need to reenter their contact information. Components Express, Inc. gathers the contact information from its' users who voluntarily register for the purpose of aiding our customers is not used for any other purpose other than to provide its' customers a positive experience.
- Information Components Express, Inc. gathers through aggregated tracking information derived mainly by tallying page views throughout our sites. This information allows us to better tailor our content to readers' needs and to help us better understand the demographics of our audience. Components Express, Inc. may occasionally conduct user surveys to better target our content to our audience and for improved customer satisfaction.
